We are thrilled to welcome you to the Ranch!

Brush Creek Ranch is an all-inclusive, luxury resort nestled in the Medicine Bow Mountains in Saratoga, Wyoming. A true Western escape, the ranch offers a variety of outdoor experiences, upscale accommodations, and a focus on relaxation and adventure.

We have carefully crafted a list of rooming options with the needs of all of our guests in mind. Most rooms are double occupancy and confirmed guests be charged $250/night for (1) guest and $400/night for (2) guests/families. A two night stay is required.

While we absolutely adore all of your little ones, space is limited at the Ranch and, unfortunately, we aren't able to include everyone this time. We'll be reaching out individually to coordinate with those whose children we are able to accommodate. Thank you so much for understanding!

Invitations will be delivered by mail to all of our guests in July 2025 with a request to RSVP by August 1. Once we receive your RSVP, you will be added to our master guest list. The Brush Creek Ranch team will reach out to all guests on that list in mid-August to confirm their reservation and guest count and collect payment. Room rates include all meals and most activities. Spa services and alcohol (outside of planned events) are not included.
